Paradise Centre is taking beachfront dining to the next level. This iconic shopping centre is in the heart of Surfers Paradise and is just a stone’s throw from the famous tourist beach.
Elevated dining has never looked better, with eight new dining options and restaurants spread across two levels offering magnificent views of the waters, sand, and beyond! Let me introduce you to the newest restaurants leading the way in beachfront dining in the Paradise Centre.
El Camino Cantina (Texan-Mexican Beachfront Dining)
El Camino Cantina is one of the restaurants in Paradise Centre’s food scene. It is a Tex-Mex restaurant with Austin, Texas influences. They serve traditional Tex-Mex fare with large flavours and even bigger margaritas.
El Camino Cantina is a 250-seated venue that will surely bring you the serenity and vibe of beautiful beachfront dining on the Gold Coast. This restaurant has an urban edge and stunning neon light fixtures surrounds it.
You’re sure to have a fantastic time in this neon-lit, jukebox-filled, establishment. This place is also a Mexican-herb and spice-scented, margarita-flowing, all-day establishment. It has polished concrete flooring, reclaimed brick walls, and breeze-block elements. These things make it a naturally cool environment. Aside from that, the place has Mexican tiles, and a corrugated iron bar front covered in flame graffiti. It also has vibrant festoon lighting hung over the outside eating area to this place.
The El Camino Cantina in Paradise Centre serves the country of Australia’s first breakfast! Make sure to visit the restaurant on Tuesdays for $2 Tacos. Also, don’t miss Wednesdays for 10-cent wings, and Thursdays for half-off fajitas.
Gelato Messina
Gelato Messina is another food spot to look forward to at Paradise Centre after a long swim or night out on the town. If you’re searching for a cult following for a gelato shop, head straight to Gelato Messina.
Since 2002, this sweet favourite has been winning fans, and now lucky Paradise Centre has a piece of the action. For savvy Messina fans, the shop will offer 35 signature gelato flavours. They will also offer 5 rotating weekly specials, served from their new pozzetti cabinets.
Along with the full array of dessert spreads, there is a choice of 8 gelato cakes. There are also made-to-order milkshakes and thick shakes. Come on in for some sticky beak!
Gelato Messina has a cult-like following. It is because each flavour of their gelato is handcrafted with the finest natural ingredients, creativity, and love. Each component is created entirely from scratch since quality is important. It includes squeezing mint leaves for chocolate mint and producing candied lemons.
Moreover, the gelato is made by hand by the masters at the Messina headquarters and then freshly whipped in shops. The whole selection of creative gelato cakes, milkshakes, and thick shakes are all available at the Paradise Centre.
This beachfront dining is up from Mondays to Thursdays from 11 AM to 10:30 PM. You can also visit from Fridays to Saturdays from 11 AM to 11 PM, and Sundays from 11 AM to 10:30 PM.

Nahm Talay Thai
Nahm Talay Thai is definitely not your typical Friday-night Thai restaurant. It’s because it combines authentic Thai cuisine with a prime beachfront dining location. Traditional Thai flavours have been modernized here, resulting in bright and fragrant dishes ideal for sharing with family or friends by the beach.
Each meal honours traditional Thai flavours while utilizing distinctive regional delicacies such as finger limes. While classics like Pad Thai are still available, don’t skip the curry in favour of pandan and roast pumpkin creme brulee. You can also choose from three beers on tap or fresh, tangy drinks that will take you directly to Southeast Asian beaches to quench your thirst.
The best part is that Nahm Talay Thai is available for breakfast (starting at 7 AM), lunch, and dinner. This way, you may sate your appetite whenever you want. There is also a private balcony ideal for special occasions like birthdays, baby showers, and Christmas parties if you have a large group.
Enzo’s Cucina

Enzo’s nephews make the soft gnocchi from scratch, and the homemade meatballs pay homage to his mother’s cooking.
If you prefer something more traditional, go with a pepperoni pizza or carbonara. The signature risotto contains octopus, clams, king prawns, and mussels. Take the whole family to Enzo’s Cucina for an authentic Italian delicious meal that is inexpensive, welcoming, and created with fresh ingredients.
