Gold Coast Pubs With Playgrounds

As a parent, I know the struggle when you take your kids out for a family day and inevitably dine out. Since kids are typically chaotic, especially once boredom strikes them, you sometimes prefer to stay home. But that’s not necessary anymore! I have searched the entire Gold Coast for family-friendly places like the Gold Coast pubs with playgrounds to create a list of where you can bring your kids.

The Gold Coast pubs with playgrounds include Southport Sharks, Advancetown Tavern, The Club, Southport Yacht Club, Burleigh Town Hotel, The Wallaby, Dublin Docks Tavern, Lonestar Tavern, and Coomera Lodge Hotel. Other pubs with playgrounds on the Gold Coast are CSI Club Southport, The Wattle Hotel, Dog and Parrot Tavern, Benowa Tavern, Norfolk Tavern, Oxenford Tavern, and Mermaid Beach Surf Club.

Southport Sharks

The Gold Coast is home to several clubs with plenty of things to keep your kids entertained while you enjoy your meal. One is the Southport Sharks, located at Corner Olsen and Musgrave Avenue, Southport, Queensland.

This place is only five minutes away from the stunning Gold Coast. Its opening hours are from 7:30 am to 4 am on Mondays to Fridays and 8 am to 4 am on Saturdays and Sundays.

Southport Sharks club is also among the drinking and dining venues on the Gold Coast with indoor playgrounds. The kids can enjoy the fun for a small fee, but there are many things to do in one of the largest indoor play areas on the Coast. Aside from the playground, this place has a 120-room hotel, two restaurant event centres, six bars, AFL-grade ovals, and more. If you’re like me, you’ll love having a fling on the pokies, but remember to only gamble with how much money you can afford to lose.

Advancetown Tavern

Advancetown Tavern is another place to visit if you want to have fun with your kids and enjoy good food. It is located at 402 Nerang-Murwillumbah Road, Advancetown, Gold Coast, Queensland.

This pub sets up a jumping castle for little tackers to play in on the huge grassed area on Sundays, depending on the weather. During summer, the kids are allowed to play Marco polo in the swimming pool. You can also enjoy fire-side dining during winter to get rid of the chill.

The Club

The Club is another Gold Coast venue with a playground where you can enjoy dining with your kids. This large establishment serves as the Gold Coast Titans’ official club and provides more than just a simple dish. Enjoy your holiday with a round of golf, swing suite at TopGolf, or mini golf, then have lunch at The Backyard. The Backyard offers outdoor dining where parents may observe their children playing in the air-conditioned arcade or bouncing on the jumping castle.

Families can also use The Pavilions, a charming indoor/outdoor dining space with a beautiful glimpse of The Backyard. Check out their $5 kids meal every Friday after 5 pm and look for other deals they offer on their website at https://www.theclubparkwood.com.au/.
